We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team. A background or previous experience in industrial sales/service is helpful but not a requirement for this position. Please note that this is NOT a telemarketing position. Duties include handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers, working with our outside salespeople to process and track orders and quotes, and generally delivering excellent service and customer care. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized companies in the Greater Delaware and Lehigh Valley areas. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in providing products and solutions for customers in the maintenance, repair, operations and production (MROP) markets. The individual must be able to sell their value and the value of our company to the customer. They must be able to look for and find cost savings & operating efficiencies. In addition to product knowledge we are looking for individuals who have experience selling storeroom solutions that include vendor managed inventory (VMI), Vending Machine Solutions and Value Added Services. On a daily basis our competition includes companies such as: MSC, McMaster-Carr, Grainger, and Fastenal. Responsibilities include calling on established accounts, identifying new customer opportunities, and managing a territory. You must have a sense of urgency and the ability to interact with our End-User Customers’ ownership/leadership, plant management, purchasing and maintenance departments. Our customer base includes, but is not limited to, metalworking companies, refineries, chemical companies, fabricators, pharmaceutical companies, food processors and aerospace manufacturers. Some of our product lines include: abrasives, adhesives, cutting tools, power tools, lubricants, hand tools, precision tools, material handling products and safety products. We are looking for a person who can speak well on the phone, correspond with customers via email, and at the same time not afraid to “get their hands dirty”. Duties include handling incoming phone calls and email from customers, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks and stocking shelves. The ideal candidate should be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Industrial Supplies Company is a leading privately-owned Industrial Distributor in the South Florida area.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office staff.  We provide industrial maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies to manufacturing, utility, and service organizations.  Our customers include Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium sized companies.  A background or previous experience with office work is helpful but not required for this position.  Duties include handling incoming phone calls and email from customers, receiving goods into our computer system, confirming orders to prepare for invoicing, monitoring freight charges for accuracy, expediting vendor and customer orders and preparing freight manifests for motor carrier pickups,. We are currently seeking a qualified outside sales representative (Account Manager) to join our sales team. The primary coverage area for this position is the New England Area in Connecticut and Rhode Island. The ideal candidate should live within 40 miles of Groton, CT. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in providing products and solutions for customers in the maintenance, repair, operations and production (MROP) markets. The individual must be able to sell their value and the value of our company to the customer. They must be able to look for and find cost savings & operating efficiencies. In addition to product knowledge we are looking for individuals who have experience selling storeroom solutions that include vendor managed inventory (VMI), Vending Machine Solutions and Value Added Services. Our market area is primarily throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our History

Industrial Supplies Company (ISCO) was founded in 1945 by Mr. Erwin Raichle Sr. His drive lead him to build an organization that was built upon integrity and whose growth was assured by delivering “A Complete Service to Industry”. ISCO moved its headquarters in 1957 from the Kensington textile section of Philadelphia to a larger building in the Northeast area of the city where its operations and growth expanded. In 2006, ISCO moved to its current location in Trevose, PA in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. In 1966 a branch location was opened in Groton, Connecticut to serve the Southern New England area. In 1985, a second branch was established in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to serve the South Florida industrial market. In 1989, Erwin Raichle Jr. purchased the company from his father and succeeded him as President and CEO. ISCO is now in its third generation as a family-owned independent distributor. Erwin Raichle III and Alex Raichle succeeded their father as principals of the company following his passing in 2017. Vice President Jeff Quirk, with ISCO since 1979, now serves as the President of ISCO. Industrial Supplies Company enjoys continued success as a result of the committed excellence by management and its talented, dedicated employees.
